Additional Features
This is one of the best Barons you will find of this vintage. Imported/ferried by the current owners from the USA in 2010. Two factory-new Continental IO-550s and engine baffle kits were fitted at that time.
It has been hangered at Essendon Airport since importation, and before that at the Disney Corporation's hanger in Burbank, California (it was the Chief Pilot's personal aircraft).
The exterior and interior are in excellent condition. Low airframe hours on the two IO-550-L's with less than 1000 hours TTSN. Full IFR setup with a Garmin 430 and 530 linked to the Aspen and autopilot. Prop overhaul currently underway and share will be sold with both props zero hour TSO.
It has a VG kit installed, double-thickness windows, inflatable door seals, prop sync, yaw damper and EDM 760 engine management system.
Syndicate based out of Essendon Airport. Selling a quarter share for $80,000.
